Located within the Capital Mall Re-Development District, the design was carefully sculpted to meet city design guidelines for building massing, height, proportion and rhythm. Careful was consideration was given to the Ryman, and extensive sun studies were conducted to avoid negative impact. The contextual design takes cues from the building's neighbors. Scale, materiality, orientation, hardscape and landscaping were all informed by the surrounding built context. The main entry lobby fronts Commerce Avenue and is punctuated by a 10-story canted projection from the fašade. The exterior is rendered in several skin compositions of granite, metal panels and glass curtain wall.
