Hastings, alongside David M. Schwartz Architects, designed a variety of spaces in which residents can live, learn, and socialize. Common spaces complement traditional classroom endeavors by supporting interaction and collaboration. A shared dining room, study lounges, and outdoor green spaces provide areas for casual encounters and structured communication. A dance studio and two music practice rooms are also included, as well as a small publicly-accessible art gallery on the first floor, which will host student and class projects.
E. Bronson Ingram College is the first of a multi-phase student housing initiative.
