Stiles | Hensler (Site K) and Eakin Partners (Site I) have come together to develop these two parcels. Made up primarily of low-scale buildings inspired by the Trolley Barns, Site K will include residential, office, and hotel uses along with retail and restaurant space. A high-rise structure offers large, multi-family units. Below-grade parking allows for equally important "outdoor rooms" created by the spaces between buildings, fostering community and interconnectivity. Site I will include "Class A" office space, retail and a restaurant at the ground floor. The taller buildings on both sites are located at the edges of the RMH neighborhood intentionally, acting as a transition between the lower scale structures of RMH and the high-rise buildings making up the downtown skyline. The expanded offerings this development provides will significantly contribute to the unique character of the overall neighborhood, affording a more self-sustaining community within our urban core.
