Through the visioning and programming processes, LifePoint executives elected to move their staff from a 100% private office environment to nearly 50% workstations. With a total capacity of over 600 people, handling this shift thoughtfully was critical to the success of this project.
A variety of meeting and private spaces were designed to support collaboration, and others provide quiet spaces for retreat. The employees enjoy a variety of amenities: a fitness center, a cafe, and a conferencing center. The finishes and color palette consists of rich woods and limestone, deep greens and soft neutrals, with modern touches of glass, mid-century classic furniture and lighting.
